How did you get into the industry?

I have been in the industry since 2011. I have had a carpet cleaning business before back in 1994- 2001. I originally got into this business because I saw it could be very lucrative and had a reasonable initial investment to start a location. The work is rewarding and it was an easy business to scale and grow.

What’s New in the Business or in the Franchise Model?

What is new in my Franchise model is the fact that it can easily be an owner operator type of business, with very low overhead!

Where do you See Opportunities or Challenges for the Franchise/Business Moving Forward?

I see plenty of opportunities with very limited challenges with this franchise opportunity because a person with the right work ethic & attitude could really make a great living! 

What is your Goal for the Business Moving Forward?

My goal is to sell 15-20 Franchises across the USA & help people grow it to be as big as Stanley Steamer or zeroes.

Training in the field with myself for 1 full week as well 2 day class room training is included in the franchise fee. We will also provide on going training & support to all Franchisees.

Your most difficult moment at the Franchise Business?

The most challenging moments in any franchise business is getting acclimated to a new business, the learning, financing, & transitioning to a new business.

How is your Franchise Model Structured?

A. Training & support model?

2 weeks onsite & classroom training in basic carpet & upholstery concepts with required iicrc certifications

B. What is fee structure?

5-7 % royalties off of monthly gross…. 30,000 Franchise fee

C. Territory Definition?

We will collectively determine what a franchisees territory/market should be case by case. We will implement the appropriate marketing strategies.

Consist of promoting & marketing to new prospect, scheduling & servicing clients & providing top notch services each & everytime!
