Your most difficult moment at the Franchise Business?

Clients adhering to treatment. The reality is that this business is so rewarding, but part of what makes it so rewarding is that it doesn’t come easy. Each client is going through the fight of their life and many of them struggle to stay through the program. It takes hard work, patience and a whole lot of love to keep at this some days.

Define your Franchise Model:

A. Training and Support Model?
We have a corporate training program held in Lexington, Kentucky where franchisees get to experience the operations and business firsthand with us in the field. Then we go into the field and help the franchisee open their location at their place of business.

B. What is the Fee Structure?
We have a $49,500 Franchise Fee that covers the training, opening support and onboarding of new franchisees and a 6% of Gorss Sales Royalty Fee.

C. Territory Definition?
Territories are large, we want franchisees to be the center of their community and not feel the pressure of having other franchise units too close or crowding their market.

What does Your Franchisee Do in the Business Every Day?

Depending on the franchisee’s level of involvement and financial situation, they can be heavily involved in the day to day operations (i.e. onsite and handling requests from both employees and clients, communicating with clinician’s and support staff; ensuring processes are being run appropriately) OR they can be communicating closely with their director of operations (whom is doing the above tasks).
