How did you get into the industry?
From 2000 to 2009, I raced professionally — and successfully — in the FIA World Touring Car Championships and FIA European Touring Car Championships where I finished second in 2006. During this time, I represented and raced professionally for several major international manufacturers including BMW, VW Group, Ferrari, and Coca-Cola.
I established No-H2O in 2007 in Dublin, Ireland with my father, Eoin O’Brien.
Tell us about your franchise model.
No-H2O manufactures and distributes a line of unique, waterless cleaning products for automobiles. We are truly revolutionizing the car wash industry! We have three ways to get involved: The On-Demand app service, corporate franchises, and static franchises.
Where do you see opportunities or challenges in the business moving forward?
We are harnessing the growing gig economy through our app — this is a huge opportunity. The app can literally be switched on and operational within a matter of days. We are environmentally friendly, driven by the need to save water. Our franchisees have no mess and need no water, getting us lightyears ahead of our competitors!
What is Your Goal For the Business Moving Forward?
We are the first to change to the car wash industry in over 100 years. Our goal is to continue to find ways to innovate and explore product development opportunities.

Extensive training and support is provided. Our franchise partners will also have full access to an expert field support consultant and have help whenever needed.

Ongoing support includes field support, site selection, grand opening assistance, & ongoing research and development.
B. What is the Fee Structure?
There is no minimum product requirement. 8% Royalties will be paid on all On-demand app jobs and 8% of gross sales for static locations

C. Territory Definition?
The territory includes a population radius of approx 350,000.
What does your franchisee do in the business every day?
Deliver exceptional customer service, manage their staff, and order products as needed. They will seek to generate leads within the parameters of our operational guidelines and be assisted by our home office marketing consultancy.
