We are looking at opening locations in key metropolitan areas.
Where do you See Opportunities or Challenges for the Franchise/Business Moving Forward?

At Lash Bash our heart and soul are our employees. It’s critical to have impactful and effective training so that my employees feel empowered to make decisions that wow our clients on a daily basis. I also think this starts with an effective hiring process. Yes you need technical skills but a great personality and intelligence will take you very far.
Your most difficult moment at the Franchise Business?
The mandatory shutdowns during Covid. It’s just not something you can prepare for or fathom being forced to close for 3 + months.
Who is the Ideal Franchise Candidate?
Someone that is driven, has critical thinking skills and passion for life and helping others to grow and succeed. We can train you in everything else but these are skills that can’t be taught.
What goals do you have for the franchise model in the future?
To be the largest lash extension franchise in the world.
