I am a motivational speaker, business consultant and author of multiple books. I have been in this specific industry for 9 years now.
Tell us about your franchise model.
We are a step above the rest cleaning company seeking to raise the bar in the industry. We work across a wide spectrum of facility types, including dorms, apartment buildings, residential homes, businesses, and more. We do COVID 19 cleaning/training certified.
Where do you see opportunities or challenges in the business moving forward?
We believe that through expansion, new locations will bring new opportunity. Also, this franchise expansion will create additional cash flow onto which we can build.
What is Your Goal For the Business Moving Forward?

Tell us about training and support.
Training and support will be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our home office in Columbia South Carolina will have an incredible HR department. Our franchise partners will also have full access to me as their coach.

Define your Franchise Model:
A. Training and Support Model?
Ongoing support includes field support, site selection, grand opening assistance, compliance visits, and home office support.
B. What is the Fee Structure?
7.5% royalty on gross sales
1% marketing fund on gross sales
franchise fee is $25,000
C. Territory Definition?
You will be granted a territory based on 50,000 to 100,000 (possibly up to 250,000) or a 15-mile radius; this will be defined by a map when we sign the franchise agreement.
