How did you get into the industry?

In 2018, Kris Logsdon started out first brand as Dipstix Mobile Lube Service as a part-time startup to make a little extra income as well as to solve a constant problem of trying to find time in our busy schedules to get our vehicle serviced. I have been a customer a couple of years since and in 2019, decided to propose a business collaboration and partner with Kris to make this company bigger. Now we have rebranded to DipStx Mobile Oil Change and after our first year of service in eastern Oklahoma and western Arkansas, we decided that our streamlined business model would be a great opportunity to expand throughout the nation so we dived into the world of franchising.  

Where do you see opportunities or challenges for the franchise/business moving forward? 

With the current climate, we have had to adapt and heighten our sanitary protocols and to make our customers feel safe when they visit. With millions of people losing jobs, there is light at the end of tunnel in that this is one of the best times to start a business. Franchising is a great option to take advantage of an existing proven system and make it better.

What is your goal for the business moving forward? 

Our goal moving forward is to expand our business throughout the nation and continue to provide the best service and practice our core values for our customers and employees. We aim to make life easier for everyone without having to hassle with their vehicle maintenance. We come to their home or place of work to service their vehicle.

  1. Training and Support Model? We provide operational, marketing, in-depth training to our franchisees.
  2. What is the Fee Structure? Franchise fee is $25,000 with royalty fee of 7% of gross sales.
  3. Territory Definition? Every franchisee gains an exclusive territory of 100,000 to 200,000 people.

Who is the ideal franchise candidate?

We are looking for candidates who are driven, outgoing, and friendly, proficient in automotive repairs, has great schedule management skills, strong work ethic, honest, and self-disciplined.

What goals do you have for the franchise model in the future?

We would love to continue expanding our franchise throughout the nation and make our company a household name in the automotive service industry.
