What began with some strategic door-to-door marketing in 2007 quickly evolved into the founding of Magic Bubbles, Palm Beach County’s premier pressure cleaning company. Since the opening of our first office location in 2010, we have continued to grow and expand, adding the most trained professionals and state-of-the-art detailing trucks, to provide top-notch customer service and satisfaction. Because of our continued success, we’ve been featured on the local news as a “Business to Watch” and also on the “Best Businesses to Work For” list.

What’s New in the Business or in the Franchise Model?

One unique aspect to the Magic Bubbles franchise model is COM – Complete Office Management. Our call center will manage the inside office for each franchisee. Examples of tasks provided are:

How is your Franchise Model Structured?

A.     Training and Support Model?

We have a centralized call center, full time franchise support staff and a team that is focused on generating new business and helping franchisees grow and expand their customer base.  It is a model that works entirely WITH the franchisee and depends on all parties winning from the

Training includes:

  • 2 weeks of training at the Magic Bubbles HQ beginning approximately 4-6 weeks before the franchise is scheduled to open for business.
  • 1 week of training at your location to get your business started.
  • 2 sessions per year, which can be up to 2 days of refresher/update training or meetings in each session.
  • Ongoing support and guidance in building and operating your business.

B.     What is the Fee Structure?

The fee for one franchise is $38,000. Total start up costs can be as low as $174,425 depending upon a number of factors.

C. Territory Definition?

Magic Bubbles offers you the opportunity to choose between a new start-up business or you can convert your current pressure washing company to be under the Magic Bubbles umbrella. When you join the Magic Bubbles team you will be given an exclusive territory of approximately 100,000 – 250,000 population base (in the metropolitan statistical area) or a 25 mile radius (whichever is smaller) to develop.

What does Your Franchisee Do in the Business Every Day?

This can vary. Some franchisees are hands on and are a part of the day to day operations while others are absentee.  In the end, we provide premium quality pressure washing and cleaning services for homes and businesses.  Our model is based on accountability, communication and responsiveness which helps us differentiate from others in the market place that offer similar services.
