How did you get into the industry?

Entrepreneurship has always been a passion of mine. I strategically went after a cleaning business for my venture, knowing that I was in the right market and seeing the need there. As the demand was increasing, I wanted to expand. I had heard about the idea of a franchise model before. I started reading books on how to franchise with the goal of increasing my business through it. I arrived at the decision that franchising would match my goals very well! After online research and attending several franchise shows, I found FMS and started the process.

What’s New in the Business or in the Franchise Model?

We are carrying on our successful philosophy, “European Standards of Cleanliness Combined with the American Golden Rules of Cleaning” through our franchise model. Our model will offer a solidified client base with long-term relationships, top-notch customer service procedures, special cleaning systems, and proven techniques.

Also, it’s a big challenge is to find proper individuals who qualify as franchisees. Within the cleaning industry, integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, and high caliber character are all vital, so we have to vet our franchise buyers carefully.

Ultimately, I want T.T. Cleaning, our model, and our proven cleaning techniques to expand throughout the entire U.S. To achieve this goal, my franchise consultant team and I will have a goal of putting the best franchisees in place who will accurately carry out our mission and model!
