How did you get into the pizza franchise industry?

I started my career in Restaurants when I bought 112 Pizzeria Bistro in 2018. Prior to that, I had no restaurant experience. I came from a Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales background. The restaurant was a way for me to escape from Corporate America and I always loved the pizza market, so it just made sense.

What’s New in the New York Pizza Pie Business or in the Franchise Model?

I feel like we have really figured out the model by now. We stream lined our processes and recipes really make this the most profitable that it can be and ultimately so we could duplicate the model through franchise and company owned growth.

Where do you See Opportunities or Challenges for the Franchise/Business Moving Forward?
