How did you get into the food service industry?

Working in our family’s convenience store business led me to venturing more into our deli where we prepared short orders and homemade desserts. I grew fond of cooking and wanted nothing more than to satisfy my customers. From there I decided to open a restaurant in my hometown. I wanted to give my customers quick-quality food with a family friendly atmosphere that carried a lot of small-town charm.
