How did you get into the industry?

I wanted to create a family friendly space that had a variety of activities that was attractive to all generations. My vision was to give parents and kids an activity where they would all have fun, put down the phones, and engage in problem-solving and challenges where they had to communicate. We were one of the first escape rooms in the country.

What’s New in the Business or in the Franchise Model?

We will continue to evolve our model. Since we’ve been operating multiple locations for several years now, the franchise model will echo our perfected operations, support, and management model.

Where do you see opportunities or challenges for the franchise moving forward?

Every new location comes with a set of new challenges. Every state gas different regulations. Depending on the site, each location will have a different footprint. Beyond the challenges, we see tons of opportunity. Even with COVID, we implemented new virtual solutions.

What are your unique points in training and support?

All In Adventures stands out with our support model due to our experience in this space. Like I said before, we’ve done this before with our other — over 30, in fact — locations. Training for our franchisees includes hands-on training at one of our established locations. Following this, our Franchise Support team will work with our franchisees at the new franchise location. Support is ongoing for the life of the franchise, including the strategy, creation, props, and implementation of all of our games.

Game and event planning, suggested pricing guidelines, customer interaction techniques, administrative procedures, and tons more are all included in our support model.

B. What is the Fee Structure?

The franchise fee is $50K and our estimated minimum investment is $254,700. Royalties are 6% of gross sales.

C. Territory Definition?

An exclusive territory is included.

What does your franchisee do in the business every day?

They will be handling the basics of managing the business and overseeing marketing. This is a flexible business and every day will be different.

We want people who are outgoing and friendly with strong customer service abilities. Also, they need to have great time and schedule management abilities and must operate with complete integrity and excellence.

What is your goal for the business moving forward?

As one of the first major escape rooms in the U.S., our goal is to be the best, most recognized escape room company in the nation. We are well on our way.
