How did you get into the margarita industry?
Began as a margarita machine rental business and grew into a standalone exciting one-stop shop for delicious take out frozen cocktails. The business was so much fun and also a great business, I fell in love right away and knew there was an opportunity to grow the Margarita Hut brand to bring the great experience to more people.
What’s New in the Business or in the Franchise Model?
Ready to drink already made product. Consistent great flavor and alcohol with no labor required. Food menu and model for requiring locations. We have invested a lot into new systems and products along with the operating franchise model to make this a even better franchise system.
Where do you See Opportunities or Challenges for the Franchise/Business Moving Forward?
Any social high traffic area such as college towns, coastal, tourist areas. Great revenue for any drive-thru opportunities. Finding the right real estate is always the toughest part, but we have a great team and a really defined model for what space we want when we go into a new market.
What is your Goal for the Margarita Hut Business Moving Forward?
Grow the MH Brand. By doing so this would increase strength and revenue from each franchise through a strong growing franchise network.
